This enables us to manage the entire manufacturing process: from cutting, stripping and isolating cables, through crimping and soldering, to heat-shrinking, labelling according to customer requirements and bundling the finished products. In this way, we guarantee a consistently high standard of quality throughout, avoid interface issues and always deliver the required quantities on time in accordance with the agreements made.

This in-house vertical integration also gives us the necessary flexibility to respond quickly to any subsequent or additional customer requests, where necessary, by prioritising projects or specific work steps.

We strive to automate every manufacturing process wherever possible. Where it makes economic sense, we source specialised equipment for specific projects from the market as required. Should this not be possible, we even develop such equipment ourselves to ensure reliable and cost-effective production.
If such a solution is not possible for technical reasons or the quantity requested is too small, we manufacture the desired products to a high standard by hand using our experienced specialists, whilst always taking our customers’ financial constraints into account.
