Thanks to our commitment, our many years of experience and our modern, extensive range of machinery, we are a reliable partner for our customers. We offer a wide range of cables, assemblies and hoses, including flat ribbon cable connectors and printed circuit board connectors in a wide variety of pitch sizes. We supply these promptly, in the highest quality and on fair terms.
Even when it comes to highly specific customer requirements, we are a reliable partner in finding the optimal solution, as we are always open to the development and manufacture of new products. For example, following extensive consultation with the customer, customised solutions are possible, such as battery charging cables for the mobility sector. Special connectors can also be manufactured to individual specifications. To achieve a higher IP rating or the best possible seal, their housings are potted or overmoulded at specialised assembly workstations.

- What we offer: We process strands ranging from 0.05 mm² for sensor applications up to 180 mm² for power transmission.
- The added value: On request, every strand arrives at your premises labelled, printed and perfectly stripped or crimped. This saves you installation time when connecting and ensures error-free processes.

Hybrid cables: More functionality, less cable clutter
Why run three cables when one will do? Hybrid cables are the professional solution for complex systems.
- What we offer: We assemble hybrid cables that combine power, data (e.g. BUS cables) and, if required, even media such as compressed air hoses within a single sheath.
- The added value: For you, this means significantly less installation effort, reduced space requirements in drag chains and a tidy, organised appearance for your machine.
Sub-assembly: We supply the finished module
Often, a cable on its own is not enough. We go that extra mile and supply you with units ready for installation.
- What we offer: We assemble cables directly into housings, integrate switches, relays or displays, and mount complete cable harnesses onto mounting plates.
- The added value: You reduce your own vertical integration and logistics costs. You order just one part number and receive a tested module that you can install straight away without any further steps.
Hoses: We provide the necessary pressure for your automation
Wherever air or oil flows, maximum sealing and precision are essential. We ensure that your fluid handling system operates just as reliably as your electrical system.
- What we offer: Ready-to-use assembly of pneumatic and hydraulic hoses with precisely fitted screw fittings, nipples or quick-connect couplings. To ensure error-free assembly, we supply your hoses precisely labelled, marked and professionally tied – up to a length of 50 metres.
- The added value: Maximum time savings and safety during connection: Thanks to our ready-to-install preparation and clear labelling, you minimise installation errors and significantly reduce your production lead times.

Organisation or flexibility
Whether space is tight inside an enclosure or cables need to withstand extreme stresses outdoors – we have the right solution.
- What we offer: We assemble ribbon cables with pitch sizes ranging from 0.635 to 2.54 mm for neat internal wiring, or robust round cables.
- The added value: Our cables are manufactured to ensure they stay exactly where they’re meant to be. We ensure precise bend radii and durable outer sheaths, so that cable breaks are never an issue for you.
In addition to the six product groups listed here, we are always ready to cater to individual customer requirements.
Connector types: The secure connection
A connector is only as good as its assembly. We work with a vast range of systems – from standard to bespoke solutions.
- What we offer: Whether classic crimp connections, soldered contacts or complex industrial connectors (e.g. M12, RJ45 or heavy-duty rectangular connectors) – we are experts in all the standard techniques.
- The added value: We test every connection. Using modern tools and regular micrograph analyses, we ensure that the contacts remain absolutely reliable even after years of exposure to vibration or moisture (up to IP68K).
