Quality through a systematic approach
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is tangible proof of what our entire team works towards every day: optimum quality and reliable processes. Traceability is a key component of our approach to quality. We therefore record and document every step of the process. This ensures that it is always possible to trace who carried out what and when.
Our quality assurance team monitors this process and uses the recorded data to systematically review and further develop our processes. In addition to the requirements of the ISO standard, we operate our own quality management system – including internal 8D reports, in which root causes are analysed and corrective actions are recorded in a structured manner.
We also keep a close eye on material quality at all times. Cables and wires are tested according to their type and origin – from the reel stock supplied by the raw cable supplier right through to customised special cables. Differences can become apparent as early as the incoming inspection stage, for example in the processing of sheathing materials. In this way, we ensure that only suitable material proceeds to further processing.

Electrical testing
- 100% electrical testing
- Testing using a test probe for cables terminated at one end
- High-voltage testing
- Customised test set-ups as required or at the customer’s request
- Test reports are provided in any format (written or digital) upon request.
